Digital Products Policy

Digital products are defined as electronic files, web pages, directories, and/or web site content subscriptions that are offered for sale and fulfilled on the www.greencleaningassociation.com.

Directory listings purchased on www.nahb.org are valid for one year from the date of purchase. At the end of one year, access to the directory listing will be revoked and the listing must be purchased again to continue access for another year. Directories are defined as entities that list information on like materials, such as a GCA directory. Customers may purchase access to be listed in the directory. Customers submit their information via an online form. This form may be accessed for one year from the purchase date; changes may be made to the directory listing via the form as many times as desired. All directory information is subject to review by GCA staff prior to its release on www.greencleaningassociation.com. It may take up to two business day to approve directory listings. GCA is free to alter listings should inappropriate information be posted. The listings found in the directory are subject to change, deletion, and update on a daily basis. The amount of materials found within each directory may vary – some directories offer more options than others. Please see your specific directory for details. All directories are made available for print download.

Content subscriptions purchased on www.greencleaningassociation.com are valid for one year from the date of purchase. At the end of one year, access to the content subscription will be revoked and the product must be purchased again to continue access for another year. Note that content found within a content subscription is subject to change on a daily basis. GCA recommends that any pages of interest found within the content subscription be downloaded and/or printed for future reference. GCAcannot provide customers with expired content once it has been removed from the content subscription.

Membership Policy

A membership is defined strictly as an at-large or international membership; online membership policies do not include renewals, local memberships, etc. Individuals wishing to join GCA at-large must already be an GCA member and unable to join a local council in their area.

GCA guarantees that all at-large and international memberships are valid for one year from the purchasing date. At the end of one year, access to any exclusive membership materials, downloads, and content will be revoked and the membership must be purchased again.

All at-large and international memberships are valid immediately upon credit card verification and approval of application by GCA member.
